As Customer Relationship Manager for Gorsuch LTD the past 5 years, Scott Mairose is responsible for increasing customer retention and conversion.

Gorsuch LTD is a luxury brand retailer with retail stores in Aspen, Vail, Beaver Creek, and Keystone Colorado. Over 60% of the business is generated from the website and catalog. Gorsuch prides itself on customer loyalty and therefore does very little if any marketing outside of e-blasts. His challenge is to increase the email database and improve conversion rates without a major marketing effort. Recently Gorsuch LTD launched a new Facebook company page and an iPad application as a push for new marketing channels, but this is a grass roots effort with no marketing outside of e-blasts and the website to announce the new channels.
Prior to Gorsuch, Scott had his own CRM consulting practice for 6 years implementing CRM solutions, and before launching his own business, he worked for GE Capital Consulting in Atlanta, GA for 4 years as a CRM Project Manager and Manager of Custom Training .

Scott is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Speech Communications. When he is not analyzing data for Gorsuch, he is tending to his chickens, rabbits and garden on his hobby farm on John’s Island, SC, and if that doesn’t keep him busy enough, he and his wife are renovating their 1970’s style house, themselves.
