What is the registration fee for the Bronto Summit?
$599 – Early bird rate will be available through February 1st, 2012.
$750 – Regular attendee fee.
What does the registration fee include?
The registration fee includes access into all the Summit sessions, networking events and meal functions that are a part of the Bronto Summit. See the Event Program for more details.
How is my registration confirmed?
After completing registration, you will be routed to a confirmation page that will allow you to add the event to your calendar, print a receipt, edit your registration, give you a confirmation number as well as view a map and directions. In addition, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration information.
What forms of payment do you accept for the conference fee?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can also request to receive an invoice if that is easier for your expense process.
If I can't attend, can I transfer my registration?
Yes. You can transfer your registration to another colleague within your company by logging into the registration system and editing the attendee name. Please note that the deadline for all transfers and edits is April 5th, 2012.
What if I have to cancel?
Cancellations received before March 5th, 2012 will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received on or after March 5th, 2012 will result in forfeiture of the entire conference fee. You may, however, still transfer your registration to a colleague from your company until April 5th, 2012.
Can I register in person at the event?
Yes, if space is still available. Due to space limitations and the popularity of this event, we recommend registering ahead of time.
Can I register more than one person at a time?
Yes, we encourage you to bring your colleagues with you to the Bronto Summit. You will have the option to add a guest during the registration process. Please note, if you have to cancel your own registration, your guests registration will also be canceled. You will want to transfer your registration to that guest and delete them from the registration or contact Summit organizers for help.
When does the early bird rate end?
The early bird rate ends on February 1st, 2012.
Does the registration fee include travel costs for the conference?
All travel costs including air and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee. We recommend staying at the Rizzo Conference Center for a special Summit rate of $150 per night. You can reserve your room here.
How can I book my hotel?
We recommend staying at the Rizzo Conference Center Hotel for the duration of the summit. The hotel at the Rizzo Conference Center is a very short walk away from where the sessions of the Summit will be held. During the registration process, you will be prompted to reserve your room. Or you can reserve your room here.
Should I get a rental car?
If you are unable to stay at the Rizzo Conference Center, we recommend that you arrange for transportation to and from your hotel and the Summit location.

What airport should I fly into?
Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU) is centrally located in the Triangle and is easily accessible to the Rizzo Conference Center and Chapel Hill.

Directions from the North/East:
From Interstate 40 West, take exit 273A towards Chapel Hill. Follow 54 West for approximately 2 miles. Turn right onto Meadowmont Lane (across from The Friday Center). Turn right onto DuBose House Lane. Parking is to the right at the top of the hill.

From Interstate 40 East, take exit 273 towards Chapel Hill. Follow 54 West for approximately 2 miles. Turn right onto Meadowmont Lane (across from The Friday Center). Turn right onto DuBose House Lane. Parking is to the right at the top of the hill.
Directions from Raleigh-Durham International Airport:
Start out on TERMINAL BLVD. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto AIRPORT BLVD. Merge onto I-40 W toward DURHAM / CHAPEL HILL. Merge onto NC-54 W via EXIT 273A toward CHAPEL HILL. Follow 54 West for approximately 2 miles. Turn right onto Meadowmont Lane (across from The Friday Center). Turn right onto DuBose House Lane. Parking is to the right at the top of the hill.
What kind of weather should I expect?
The Triangle's weather is one of the reasons we so often appear on lists of the best places to live and retire. While the summer season certainly sees its share of high temperatures and humidity, people who relocate here from colder regions seem to love the temperature. April is one of the most beautiful times to visit North Carolina. The average high is 72°F and average low is 46°F.
Is there a dress code?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions related to the 2012 Bronto Summit.
